The development team would like to announce immediate joint release of XML::LibXML and 
XML::LibXSLT (both distributions in version 1.67). Note that it may 
take some time till the files get to your CPAN mirrors. 

Apart from many bug and documentation fixes this version introduces 
three new submodules:

 - errors issued by libxml2 are reported in a structured form:
   $@ is an object of the class XML::LibXML::Error which
   overloads "" to produce the old flat error messages as you
   know them, but as an object provides accessors to detailed
   error info.

 - XML::LibXML::Pattern can be used with Reader to skip
   uninteresting nodes

 - XML::LibXML::XPathExpression can be used to pre-compile 
   XPath queries that evaluate repeatedly
